Let's become strong together.. Join Monique for a 30-minute body-positive lightweight/bodyweight workout HIIT style. 

This workout is perfect for beginners to advance. We recommend using 3-10 pounds of weights, or just your body weight.

You can expect to burn up to 300 active calories during this workout.
